Day-01

Module 1: Intrapersonal Conflict (1 hour 15 minutes)

  • What is Intrapersonal Conflict? (Cognitive Dissonance, Self-Doubt, Value Clashes)
  • Identifying Internal Conflicts: Guided Self-Reflection Exercise
  • Emotional Intelligence and Self-Awareness Techniques
  • Mindfulness & Journaling as Conflict Resolution Tools
  • Quick Case Study: A Personal Dilemma Analysis

Activity: Personal Values Alignment Exercise (15 minutes)

 Day-02

Module 2: Interpersonal Conflict (1 hour 30 minutes)

Theme: "Understanding Before Being Understood"

  • Causes of Interpersonal Conflict (Miscommunication, Expectations, Emotional Triggers)
  • Conflict Styles: Avoiding, Accommodating, Competing, Compromising, Collaborating (Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument)

    • Managing Emotions during Arguments
  • "I" Messages vs "You" Messages

Day-03

Module 3: Social Conflict (45 hour)

Module 4: Conflict Resolution Models & Techniques (45 minutes)

  • Interest-Based Relational (IBR) Approach
  • Mediation and Negotiation Basics
  • Win-Win Thinking
  • The Ladder of Inference (avoiding assumptions)
